In case of back order, if an item cannot be delivered once initialy ordered, our tech department automaticaly provides an estimated date of availability for each missing item (based on the supplier's datas). At the same time our team controls all possible cross references for the missing item and proposes them as replacement to our Cross Reference System.
Our exclusive Cross Ref System sends a specific sheet for each order with availability dates and pricing for all back orders and replacement items. Dealers can decide immediatly to wait for the back orderd item, to cancel it, or to choose between several replacement parts.
