To register simply contact MAG by email or telephone and your rep will contact you. An application form will be provided and once this has been completed and returned, we will send a set of catalogs and your login details.
Unavailable parts automatically go to the back order list and it is the dealers responsibility to monitor this section. It is possible to change the out of stock item to one that is instock or to delete the item. OEM, CCI and RC components parts also apppear on this list even if they are instock as they take 10 days and 4-6 weeks respectively to deliver. Once ordered we cannot cancel instock items from RC, CCI or OEM parts
When placing an order the site has timed out and I have lost the details I input! If the system is inactive for more than 30 minutes it automatically times out and any unsaved data is lost. As with any other computer package always save your data frequently to avoid annoying and time wasting loss of data.
If parts arrive damaged MAG will request photographic images of the damaged items if possible. Once we have contacted the supplier we will issue a returns code. Please contact MAG as soon as possible if you receive a damaged item. For further information please read our Terms and Conditions.
All the prices both retail and dealer are listed on the system. The only exception to this would be parts from RC Components. Price lists can be downloaded from our download section. If required we can also supply catalogs on CD
